Book Le Conte in France’s South West

The Manoir “Le Conte” is a French country house whose origins date back to the 17th century. With loving attention to detail, this tobacco merchant’s home was built from the typical yellow sandstone of the country, which characterises the image and architecture of the Périgord Noir like no other element. The house has a living space of about 250 m². It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfectly suitable for 8 people.

The holiday home welcomes you on the ground floor with a stylish, large kitchen whose equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The open kitchen leads into a spacious dining area, which offers enough space for all guests. From the kitchen, you enter a spacious living room with a country-style interior and a very beautiful fireplace.

The living room leads to the tower of the house. While there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed on the ground floor, you can reach the upper floor via the stairs from this bedroom. Here you will find another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

You reach the opposite part of the 1st floor via the stairs in the kitchen/dining area. Here you will find two bedrooms with queen size beds and another bathroom with a toilet and shower.

There is a furnished terrace in front of and behind the house; each of them can be reached via the kitchen. While you will find a brick barbecue on the rear terrace, the terrace in front of the house offers a spacious dining table. Enjoy the beautiful view of the well-kept garden landscape and the green surroundings.

Because the manor is situated in the middle of a 14,000 m² stand of black oaks and is surrounded by approx. 2,500 m² of a natural garden.
