Manoir Le Conte is a 17th-century country residence, lovingly restored to preserve its authentic soul. Built from the region’s signature golden limestone, it embodies the timeless charm of the Périgord Noir. With around 250 m² of living space, the manor comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto an inviting dining area — perfect for leisurely meals shared with family or friends. From here, a large living room with a wood-burning stove and elegant local décor invites you to unwind and enjoy the warmth of authentic French country living.
Tower & Additional Bathroom
A door from the living room leads into the manor’s tower. On the ground floor, it houses a charming bedroom with a queen-size bed. A staircase from this room connects to an additional bedroom featuring two single beds (90 × 200 cm each). A separate bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC completes this part of the house.
Upstairs Bedrooms
The opposite wing of the first floor is reached via the staircase leading up from the kitchen and dining area. Here you will find two beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen-size beds and an additional bathroom with shower and WC. Short distances and a thoughtful layout make this space ideal for families or groups of friends.
Terraces & Outdoor Dining
Two furnished terraces extend from the kitchen to the front and rear of the house. The rear terrace features a built-in stone barbecue, while the front offers a large dining table for long, convivial evenings. Indoors and outdoors flow seamlessly together — the perfect setting for relaxed summer living in the Dordogne.

Swimming Pool

Depending on the weather, the pool is open from June until the end of September. Before or after a swim, you can take in the sweeping views of the surrounding greenery and enjoy the calm beauty of the Périgord Noir.
