Rates
Manoir Le Conte in the Périgord Noir is always yours exclusively – regardless of the number of guests.
The rates apply to the entire house. You may stay with up to 8 guests.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. The beds are freshly made upon arrival.
In mid and low season, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
High season
(last week of June to first week of September, Christmas & New Year)

The calculation
Number of guests subject to tourist tax × number of nights × tourist tax per person per night
Example:
One-week stay (7 nights) for 4 guests (2 adults, 2 children), rental rate €2,895.
- €2,895 ÷ 7 nights = €413.57 per night
- €413.57 ÷ 4 guests = €103.39 per guest per night
- Tourist tax: €103.39 × 3% = €3.10 per adult per night (maximum €3.30)
- €3.10 × 2 adults × 7 nights = €43.40 total tourist tax
